We have no guidelines on what sites can be affiliates. All we ask is that your site is updated on a regular basis and that your site is a high quality website saying that we will not accept sites wich are Yahoo Groups, Blogspot, Freewebs, etc as Top Affiliates/Elite Affiliates.
